Chef Jacky Robert, owner of the Petit Robert Bistros in Boston and a recent guest on Boston Public Radio, took the time to watch some footage from the WGBH Archives, shot during production of The French Chef on location in France in the 1970s. In this video, Chef Robert helps explain why Julia selects and rejects a sample of lobsters from a French market.
