Dr. Ronald Walters is an internationally recognized expert on African American leadership and politics. He is currently the director of the African American Leadership Center at the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland. Dr. Walters spoke with Say Brother in 1976 on why African Americans feel alienated from the political process.
