Please check the quantity of Parmigiano-Reggiano -- 3 oz. is not equal to 3 cups!

Someone should check the amount of soy sauce in the recipe. 3/4 cup is way too much. Most recipes call for a teaspoon lite soy or at the most a tablespoon.
