Why didn't my WGBH Members' Magazine arrive this month?
If you miss a month of Explore!, The Members' Magazine, it may mean that it has been lost in the mail, that we don’t have your correct address, or that it may be time to renew your membership. Whatever the reason, if your Members' Magazine doesn’t arrive by the first of the month, Contact us and we’ll send you a copy.
Why did I get two copies of WGBH's Members' Magazine?
If you mistakenly receive two copies of Explore!, The Members' Magazine or any of our mailings, you may have more than one membership account with us. Please Contact us and we will combine the duplicate accounts.
I recently renewed, but I haven't received my new MemberCard?
Whether you have recently renewed your WGBH membership or just joined for the first time, it takes about four weeks to receive your MemberCard after we have processed your donation.

I recently renewed my WGBH membership, but I just received a renewal notice. Why?
Because of the long lead-time required to for printing and mailing renewal notices, we create renewal lists a few weeks in advance. So if you receive a notice shortly after renewing, it most likely crossed in the mail.
If my credit card changes, how do I update it in order to keep up with my ongoing or installment contribution?

Is my gift tax-deductible?
Contributions to WGBH are tax deductible to the full extent of the law, except for the fair market value of any thank-you gifts received.
How do I keep my name and address from being shared with other organizations?
To expand our membership base and increase support for our programs, we periodically exchange some of our donors’ names and addresses with other non-profit educational, cultural, and social service organizations in the communities we serve. If you would prefer that your name and address be excluded from these exchanges, please email us by using the Contact form or writing to WGBH, One Guest Street, Boston, MA 02135. Requests for No Exchange are permanent.

How do I donate a vehicle to WGBH?

When will my thank-you gift arrive?
If you requested a thank-you gift when you made your pledge, it should arrive about eight weeks from the time we processed your contribution. If it has been longer than that and you are concerned, please Contact us.
Is it possible to get a thank-you gift from a previous pledge drive?
It is often possible to receive a thank-you gift from recent pledge drives. Contact us and a representative will let you know if an item is still available.
