I was going to call on Saturday, and found no way to do so on the ATK site. I guess one must join to be able to call in to the show. But anyway, I wanted to give a tip that was not mentioned on the show a couple of weeks ago, about burned pans. A man called in and asked how to remove burned food from pans. I am an old hand at burning pans and once had a motherinlaw who was an awful cook, but who passed on this bit of wisdom add a scoop of dishwasher detergent to water in the pan and boil it for a little while. It works very well, and does not smell too bad. It sure reduces the shame of having burned the pan, not to have to spend a weeks worth of elbow grease cleaning it.
