Earlier this week, a New York state grand jury declined to indict any of the police officers involved in the fatal shooting of Danroy “DJ” Henry. Henry was a student at Pace University when he was shot by police outside a bar last October. Tonight, Emily is joined by members of DJ’s family and his friend Brandon Cox who was sitting in the passenger seat of the car where DJ was killed.
