Utility poles usually don't get noticed much. But now critics say the state's system for installing new poles and removing the old ones is broken. Doubled-up poles are creating eyesores, financial problems, and dangerous situations across Massachusetts. Kara is joined by Watertown Town Councilor Vincent Piccirilli and Watertown state Rep.
