Emily, After the story broke, my wife and I started to discuss the issue of punishing the kids taking the videos. It appears there is a double standard, by local TV stations playing the video over and over. After hearing that YouTube had taken the video off their website, you would think news producers would take the same approach and limit the images being played over and over. Sports broadcasts have a somewhat similar policy when a drunken fan runs onto the field of play. This seems like a reasonable common sense approach to presenting this story. Thank you, Jim McLean

Lynn city and school officials are cracking down on a group of teens who cheered on and recorded a vicious fight between two teenage girls. Lynn Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy tells Emily how the city is handling the incident and how everyone will be punished.
