On Thursday, Gov. Deval Patrick announced several major changes at the Massachusetts Parole Board including the resignations of five board members and the agency's executive director. Patrick’s overhaul of the agency comes after a violent career criminal shot and killed a Woburn police officer last month. Emily is joined by state Sen. Robert Hedlund and former state senator Warren Tolman.
