Great segment Emily. My hat is off to Fred Hartman. We need more companies that appreciate the value and contribution that older workers provide. We often refer to this segment of our society as "the most underutilized talent pool in the country". Our tag line "No Pastures Here" definitely fits those employees interviewed.
