Attorney General Martha Coakley released a review of what is causing health care costs in Massachusetts to increase. After a year-long study, the AG found that price increases for services accounted for most of the spike. Coakley also found that greater medical tests did not account for higher costs and in some cases a 200 % difference in pay rates for doctors.
