Why is Congressman Lynch on this show so often? Our Massachusetts congressional delegation is large enough so that Im sure many others would enjoy this free form of political advertising supported by the viewers of PBS.
Im all for our government to continue supporting public broadcasting, but its times like this when certain politicians are obviously favored by certain TV and radio programs.
Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi is not backing down following two days of UN-backed air strikes. Gadhafi’s troops are advancing on the rebel stronghold of Benghazi and hundreds of thousands of vulnerable civilians. President Obama defends the strikes. But Massachusetts Congressman Stephen Lynch says the US is making a mistake. Congressman Lynch joins Emily.
