The Harlem Globetrotters started playing basketball in the 1920s, during an era where sports were as segregated as the rest of society. But over the years, the Globetrotters’ mission has changed. Today in Cambridge, the team offered lessons on basketball and on life to students from the Cambridge Public Schools. Globetrotters Buckets Blakes and Scooter Christensen join Emily.
