I have to side with Dan here. It seems obvious that the neighborhood wasnt taking him seriously with such a long delay. I dont live nearby I dont know any of the parties involved. I do use a cane so for now I would be able to go into the stores. However now I wouldnt go in because of the store owners attitude. They seem to have a very exalted opinion of themselves. I think they show have made an accomodation long ago. No ones asking for a full renovation, just some thoughtfullness.
