Years after the landmark case that inspired A Civil Action, numerous hazardous waste sites across Massachusetts are still contaminated, according a new report by the New England Center for Investigative Reporting. Emily is joined by environmental attorney Jan Schlichtmann, Paul Locke of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and Greater Boston's Jared Bowen who recently visited one of the sites.
