Should a tobacco maker be forced to pay for diagnostic medical tests for habitual smokers?  This week, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court allowed a case to go to trial that could make tobacco giant Philip Morris pay for chest exams so smokers could be warned if they have developed lung cancer. Emily is joined by David Frank of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and attorneys Lawrence Cetrulo and Neil Sugarman.
