About 1.4 million Massachusetts workers reportedly don’t have any paid sick leave.  Many are forced to either go to work sick, or give up a day’s pay.  A bill under consideration on Beacon Hill right now would guarantee workers a minimum of seven paid sick days per year. Emily Rooney talks with Jonathan Heller who touts the effectiveness of paid sick time and John Regan, of Associated Industries of Massachusetts, who says paid sick policy should be left up to employers.
