About Arthur
Whether it's facing down a bully, worrying about a new teacher, or being the very last person on earth to lose his baby teeth, aardvark Arthur and his friends manage to solve their third-grade dilemmas with imagination, kindness, and humor. When Arthur triumphs over something, kids know that they can, too. The series, based on the cast of characters created by author Marc Brown, builds a sense of empowerment for kids by showing how Arthur and his friends use effective, age-appropriate problem-solving skills.
D.W.’s Unicorn Adventure App
D.W.'s Unicorn Adventure App teaches healthy eating. In the game, D.W. must help a lost unicorn make his way home. Gallop, jump, and super-jump through three fantastical worlds – Forest, Castle, and Clouds. To fuel the adventure, players are encouraged to eat all the colors of the rainbow by collecting 12 kinds of fruits and veggies: strawberries and apples; oranges and carrots; bananas and pineapples; bell peppers and broccoli; blueberries and plums; and grapes and eggplant.

Lance Armstrong returns to Elwood City to guest star in Arthur's 13th season premiere. The two-part episode, "The Great McGrady," takes on an important subject that affects the lives of so many children and families: cancer.
When everyone's beloved lunch lady, Mrs. MacGrady, is diagnosed with cancer, kids react in different ways — Arthur and D.W. rush to her side with chicken soup. Francine is so upset she can't even bring herself to visit. Lance Armstrong, who knows a thing or two about cancer survivorship, makes a special appearance to help Francine, and kids like her, find ways to cope with their feelings and show their love and support.
