The punctuation in my previous comment did not track so for clarification here is a repeat. About the Need to Know report on Samso Island, Denmark (apostrophe)s energy self hyphen)sufficiency. It is so misleading that one assumes intentionality. Some facts (colon) Samso island (apostrophe)s population (4300) and size (44 sq. mi.) yield a population density of 97 inhabitants/sq.mi. The worlds population (about 6.8 billion) and land surface (about 57 million/ sq.mi) yield a population density of about 119 inhabitants/sq.mi. However, given that the large majority of the Earth(apostrophe)s land mass is uninhabited (deserts, ice caps, mountains, urbanisation, etc.), only about 2 percent is actually inhabited (http/geography.about.com/od/populationgeography/a/popdensity.htm). The effective population density of the Earth is about 5,900 inhabitants/ sq.mi. Comparisons with Samso are impossible. Obviously, the energy density of batteries is practical for electric cars in a 44 sq.mi. island but impractical in most of the world including the rest of Denmark. While Denmark(apostrpohe)s electricity production may be 20 percent from wind power, Denmark (apostrophe)s wind(hypehen)generated power consumption was less than 2 percent (sic) of its hydrocarbon(hyphen)generated energy consumption in 2007 (tonto.eia.doe.gov/country/excel.cfm?fips=DA). This sort of reporting may gain financial support from scientifically illerate Greens but please... I hate fundraisers as much as anybody, but pandering with Pollyannaism is deceitful

It is ridiculous to compare this program to Bill Moyers Journal it has different aims and a different approach. I like it. But why does the set furniture have to look (and presumably be) so unspeakably uncomfortable?

Show was okay. I didnt like the Hate Speech" commentary. Because some nuts compare him to Hitler (another socialist) and they complain about him forcing Obamacare on us. Find something like Black Panthers intimidating voters and the Justice Dept. declining to prosecute. No thats hate.

Bring back Bill Moyers. This program is too slick and superficial. Bill Moyers had intelligent analysis of issues.
